Autoping AI was born in 2023 when our founders noticed a painful pattern: small and medium businesses across Bangladesh were losing customers simply because they couldn't keep up with the flood of Facebook messages and comments.
Manual responses were slow, inconsistent, and impossible to scale. Hiring dedicated social media teams was expensive. We knew AI could solve this — so we built Autoping AI.
