Autoping AI is an AI-powered Facebook automation service operated by Ashma Tech, a technology company registered in Bangladesh. Our platform enables businesses to automate replies to Facebook inbox messages and page comments using artificial intelligence.

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, and phone number provided during registration.
• Facebook Page Data: Page access tokens, Page IDs, and metadata required to integrate with the Facebook Graph API on your behalf.
• Message & Comment Data: Content of Facebook messages and comments processed through our platform to generate automated replies. We process but do not permanently store the content of individual customer messages beyond what is necessary for reply generation and analytics.
• Training Data: Question-and-answer pairs, custom templates, and post-specific context you upload to train your AI bot.
• Usage & Analytics Data: Dashboard usage patterns, feature usage statistics, and aggregate performance metrics.
• Payment Information: We do not store payment card details. Payments are processed via trusted third-party payment providers.
• Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We use your information to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the Autoping AI platform.
• Process and generate automated replies on your Facebook pages.
• Personalize your dashboard experience and recommendations.
• Send transactional communications (receipts, support replies, service alerts).
• Send product updates and marketing emails (you may unsubscribe at any time).
• Detect, prevent, and address security incidents and abuse.
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

Autoping AI integrates with the Facebook Graph API. By connecting your Facebook page, you authorize us to access and interact with your page on your behalf. We adhere strictly to Meta's Platform Policies and do not use Facebook data for advertising targeting, selling data to third parties, or any purpose beyond delivering the features you have requested.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

• Service Providers: Cloud hosting, database, and infrastructure providers necessary to operate our platform (e.g., AWS). These providers are bound by confidentiality agreements.
• AI Model Providers: Anonymized prompt data may be processed by our AI model infrastructure to generate responses.
• Legal Authorities: When required by applicable law, court order, or to protect the rights and safety of users.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Training data and analytics are retained for the duration of your subscription plus 30 days after cancellation to allow for data export. Processed message content is retained for up to 90 days for analytics purposes, after which it is aggregated and anonymized.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data ("right to be forgotten").
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format.
• Objection: Object to certain types of data processing.

We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, and regular security audits. For more details, see our Security page.

Autoping AI is a business tool intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or via a notice in your dashboard. Your continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
