Terms of Service

By creating an account, connecting a Facebook page, or otherwise using the Autoping AI platform ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including individuals and business entities.

Autoping AI provides an AI-powered platform that automates replies to Facebook inbox messages, post comments, and other interactions on behalf of Facebook page administrators. The Service includes:

• AI-generated automated reply functionality
• Training interfaces for customizing AI responses
• Analytics and performance dashboards
• Template management tools

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or violate these Terms.

To use Autoping AI, you must authorize the Service to access and manage your Facebook page(s) via the Facebook Graph API. By doing so, you represent that:

• You are an authorized administrator of the connected Facebook page(s).
• You have the right to authorize this integration.
• You will use the Service in compliance with Meta's Platform Policies and Community Standards.

You acknowledge that Autoping AI is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc.

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass any individuals.
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading practices.
• Distribute malware, phishing links, or harmful content.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international laws.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or disrupt the Service.
• Use the Service for any political campaigning or hate speech.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

Autoping AI offers subscription plans as described on our Pricing page. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees as indicated at the time of subscription.

• Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis unless otherwise stated.
• All fees are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) unless otherwise specified.
• Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

All content, features, and functionality of the Autoping AI platform — including software, design, logos, and text — are owned by Ashma Tech and protected by intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of all training data, templates, and content you upload to the platform. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use that content solely to provide the Service to you.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without any warranties, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
• AI-generated replies will be accurate, appropriate, or error-free in every situation.
• The Service will meet your specific requirements.

We recommend reviewing automated replies periodically to ensure they align with your business needs.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Autoping AI (Ashma Tech) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other legitimate business reason.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will provide at least 14 days' notice before material changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
